Service Recommendations:

Any and all service recommendations and/or information supplied to you by BFS through the Website or via email or on phone, fax, or other means of communications have been provided after due research and the feedback received from clients. All such recommendations and information are purely indicative and subject to modifications at any time. You are encouraged to fully verify the validity of such recommendations and information prior to acceptance; Bakshi Financial Services shall not be liable for any losses arising out of indiscriminate or unintentional uses of such recommendations or information.

User Account and Security:

Depending on individual choice, you shall be assigned a user name and password associated with your Client Account with BFS. Maintaining the security and confidentiality of this user name and password shall be your responsibility and Bakshi Financial Services shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to safeguard you user name and/or password. Should you lose or misplace your user name and/or password, you agree to immediately notify BFS about the same and request immediately suspension of your account.

Service Eligibility:

All concierge services from Bakshi Financial Services through this Website are available only to individuals over the age of eighteen (18) years. Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years shall require a signed approval from their guardians for user of BFS’s services. Concierge services from Bakshi Financial Services are available solely to Non-Resident Indians who can enter into legally binding service contracts and agreements. The Service is not open to Indian residents or expatriates of other nations.

Service Charges:

All concierge and other services from Bakshi Financial Services listed on this Website are provided against Service Charges as listed in the Schedule of Charges. Where applicable, you shall also be expected to pay Task Fees over and above the Service Charges to cover actual costs of materials, services, or incidental expenses related to provisioning of those services. Service Charges shall be payable in full in advance upon acceptance of Service Advice from BFS. Task Fees shall be payable in full in advance upon presentation of estimate, either from BFS or from independent third-party service partners.

Refunds:

It is our constant endeavor at BFS to provide you the best of services at all times. At any time within 15 days of completion of your service task, should you find yourself dissatisfied with the results delivered by BFS, you can request a refund of the Service Charges you paid to BFS for that particular service. BFS shall issue a full refund for the same after deducting the applicable Service Tax.

Task Fees paid towards completion of tasks and services, either to BFS or against estimates from independent third-party service partners shall however, not be refundable.

Privacy:

Your privacy is of utmost importance to Bakshi Financial Services and it will be our constant endeavor to honor and protect the same at all times. We advise you to study and understand Bakshi Financial Services Privacy Policy as provided on this Website and ascertain that the same is acceptable to you.

All customer information including personal details, financial details, credit card information, and contact details are held in full confidence by BFS and never sold or made available to any third parties. However, BFS employees and those of Bakshi Financial Services may need to access such data and your accounts in order to provide you with the best services. Such access is provided only on a case-to-case and need-to-know basis. Your data and details might also be made accessible to BFS employees should the need for the same arise in response to an investigation into complaints or allegations of misuse or abuse.
